It’s been a landmark year for Legal Ready, and none of it would be possible without you. Your feedback, collaboration and trust have shaped our direction this year. We are incredibly proud to support the important work you do, and play a small role in helping the legal system run efficiently and fairly.

2025: A Year of Investment and New Developments
2025 has been Legal Ready’s busiest and most exciting year of growth, with focussed investment in product development and international expansion:
- Product Enhancements: We launched a simpler and more intuitive interface across all our products, along with new features such as drag & drop uploads, matter auto-deletion, bank & credit card statement analysis, a Liquid Text integration, duplicate document identification and expiring matter sharing links.
- AI Beta Launch: Partnering with Google, we launched a range of AI features in beta mode, including Smart Classification, Chronology Builder, Analyse Assistant and Financial Insights. The response and feedback from users in the last 3 months has been tremendous.
- Going Global: We launched Litigation Ready, a version of eBrief Ready for UK practitioners, along with Disclosure Ready for family lawyers in both Australia and the US.
- Support & Education: We delivered dozens of global webinars, training sessions, launched new self-serve knowledge bases to help you get answers faster and launched a free newsletter showcasing pragmatic and safe AI use cases for litigators, family lawyers and judges.
eBrief Ready
2025 saw incredible momentum for our flagship product, eBrief Ready across the litigation community:
- 75% of the Australian Bar are now users
- 8 of Australia’s largest 10 law firms (and 50%+ the largest 50) subscribe to the platform along with the litigation teams at many Australian government agencies
- 1 million+ documents uploaded and 35,000 annotations are made monthly
- 335,000 matters managed since launch
Disclosure Ready
Launched earlier this year, Disclosure Ready has rapidly become a trusted and structured way to manage financial disclosure in family law matters, with 4,500 divorce matters already handled on the platform and 3,000 users across Australia and the US.
The recently launched Financial Insights feature (part of Analysis Assistant) in Disclosure Ready enables unprecedented depth of financial analysis into a party’s true financial position, instantly transforming pages of disclosure related statements into clear, categorized visualizations of income, spending habits, and asset flows.
Safe AI: AI Innovation Without Risk
This year, AI became a core part of how Legal Ready can help you work smarter. Crucially, we prioritised security above all else: our AI operates within a closed, matter-contained environment that prevents hallucinations and ensures your data never leaves your control.
We introduced four major AI-powered features across all our products:
- Chronology Builder – generates referenced timelines instantly
- Analysis Assistant – summarises and extracts facts directly from your documents, including in depth Financial Insights for disclosures in family law matters
- Smart Classification – auto-sorts and renames documents on upload
- Bank & Credit Card Statement Analysis – identifies missing statements, extracts and structures financial information in minutes.
All AI features are in beta mode and available to try out at no extra cost. We will be making continual enhancements to AI functionality based on user feedback.
What’s Coming in Early 2026
We aren’t slowing down. Early next year keep an eye out for:
- Deeper AI Analysis: Enhanced cross-referencing capabilities to surface stronger connections.
- Refined Chronologies: New tools to filter and narrow down timelines with greater precision.
- Data Extraction: A brand-new feature for extracting tables.
- Increased Capacity: Optimizations to support significantly larger and more complex document sets.
- Clio Integration: A full integration connecting matter data across systems seamlessly.
- Enhanced Support: Expanded client services teams, new training programs and in-product AI-enabled guidance to ensure you make the most of all features available.
A Note on Affordability
Legal Ready’s mission has always been to level the playing field by making powerful technology accessible and easy to use for all practitioners. Today, the maximum cost for our premium Law Firm Plus plan is just $1.38 a day – and for the majority of our users, it’s even less.
We take the same approach to AI. We strongly believe that AI should not be a luxury; it should be an affordable tool for every practitioner. As technology costs decrease, we believe in passing that value to you and your clients.
Our Commitment: Rather than charging separately for AI, all current AI features are now included in our standard subscription tiers. While we will be making a modest adjustment to our subscription pricing in 2026 to reflect these expanded capabilities, and to support our continued innovation, we remain committed to keeping our rates exceptionally competitive – ensuring you have the best tools without the complexity of hidden costs.
